English mirror. Help with the makers mark please

The mark is a capital "C" then a smaller capital "N" over a dot then a capital"B" and then smaller capiyals "RS" over a dot. (CN Brothers?) Thank you for taking the time to look at this.

Hello,

Chapman Brothers of Alfred Works, 25 Burgess Street, Sheffield registered the mark on 13th February 1902.
