Is there anything familiar about this nice heavy napkin (serviette) ring to anyone?

Napkin rings from Britannia alloy plated by Walker & Hal
Hello
My guess is, that these W & H napkin rings originated by Walker & Hall.
Kind regards silverport

Thank you silverport. I don't know enough to agree or disagree with you about Walker and Hall, but nothing would suit me more than to learn that the maker is Wood & Hughs.
The initials in the image are upside down. It took me a while to recognize them. They look like "C C T." As it appears in the images, the rings on the top and bottom are gold and the inside is at least gold plated. This is just a really well made item, and it weighs sixty-one grams. So it definitely has some weight to it.
My image doesn't entirely do justice to the workmanship involved in making this napkin ring. Naturally, I was hoping someone has seen something just like this ring or very near to it.
For now but hopefully not forever, the identification of the maker and etc is an open subject to me.

Saw an identical piece to the one in this post with much more wear and no gold plating sell recently.
