need info on these marks

Hi,
Does anybody know the country of origin of this shellfish fork? see mark below...I assume it's .750 silver....can somebody identify the maker's mark?

it is interesting

I know no other country except Germany, which has used the 750 -mark (in 2. half of 19. century)

I think the other mark is the makersmark.
