Silverplate comport maker needed. Aladdin lamp hallmark

This silverplated comport has Norman, Old English reproduction on the bottom as well as the intials B P
and then some numbers and an Aladdin lamp type logo. Anyone know the maker cause I'm stumped.

Could the intials BP stand for Brittania plate?
