P&B LD mark on 1949 silver cigarette case

This London 1949-1950 silver cigarette case has the maker's mark of P&B LD in an oval.
I think there are two possible attributions: Padgett & Braham, and Plante & Bannister. Can someone please tell me which one is correct.
