Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That is indeed the mark of William Comyns. At this date, 1890, the firm were known as William Comyns & Sons (William Comyns, Charles Harling Comyns and Richard Henry Comyns).

William Comyns died in 1916.

They are glove stretchers, they were used for expanding the fingers of tight kid ladies gloves that were fashionable at this period.
