Chesed cup - origin

Hi,

Can somebody tell me about this cup origin ( place and time )
Weight - 113 g
Height - 10 cm
Gilded inside
The body with chased blossoms
Maker's mark or town's mark on the bottom

It's very dubious to have only a mark - but no maker's mark

Hello

In each case it's dubious:

The »Swan« mark could be the assay mark of »Zwickau« - but the assayer' struck only their punch, when already the maker's mark is placed.

(»Swan« mark of »Zwickau«: R3, vol. 3, p. 389, nr. 4971 = XVI-XVII century, 4972 = XVII century.)

Otherwise it could be a product of »Hanau« - but their characteristic normally is, to strike some pseudo-marks, and only some times their maker's mark too.

how big or small is this swan-mark?

Mark's size is 2,1x2,9 mm /+,- 0.1 /.
