Please help identify mark on sterling/turquoise ring

I found this tiny ring at an estate sale today and can't figure out the hallmark. It is also marked "Sterling" and has a piece of turquoise in it, looks very native American. The hallmark looks like this-

I actually think this trademark has already been identified, but as I can't find now, here it is again:

According to the USPTO's records the mark was first used in 1962 and is still live.
