A »contrémarque« is never alone!
Hello Sergio
I think, also in this case of a very decorative moulded grape scissors, you must look to »Hanau« too:
http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There are more then one maker, which are used a »bunch of grapes« (please be attend, that some »bunch of grapes« marks are in reality a pseudo mark for the Augsburg »pine cone« [never: »pine apple«] mark) as part of their maker’s mark, or in their combination of pseudo marques; like e.g.
B. Neresheimer & Söhne = founded 1893; 1903 …
Gebrüder Neumann = founded 1926; …
J. D. Schleissner & Söhne = founded 1817; …
Jean L. Schlingloff = founded 1907; - ca. 1930
Storck & Sinsheimer = founded 1874; - 1926
Weinranck & Schmidt = founded 1889; …
Yours citation of TARDY’s page 135, and yours interpretation, the mark of a »bunch of grapes«, is one of a lot of mistakes of interpretation, a novice could make — of course it’s normal, at least in time of to be a novice.
I know only some of the European languages; but I haven’t a very sounded knowledge of French — well, in this case of TARDY’s p. 135 is mentioned, that the »bunch of grapes« is the »contrémarque« to the there left side shown »décharge« mark (tax mark; a flower of the dicotyledon family of »cruciferae«) [for you “em lÃngua Portuguesa”; which is also not my “first”, but now my sixth language: »contrémarque« = marca diâmetral, em el adversário de um objeto; »décharge« = marca de contribuição fiscal, marcado em dianteiro de um objeto.]
Kind regards silverport

Penchant and knowledge are necessaries; and beloved partners too.
Hello Sergio
Of course, you couldn't find there all »Hanau« marks - because in »925-1000« we’ve only knowledge of an extract; the top of an »iceberg« of thousands of marks, many combinations, a lot of co-operations …
A sounded guide of »Hanau« maker's, their history, their co-operations, their products ranges and their marks is already »in the pipe«. The new guide is maybe available in one, or two years?
If you've a penchant for this kind of »Applied Art« items, because in reality almost all of these items are »unique«, in Europe you must look actually to »Hanau« (Germany) and Schoonhoven (The Netherlands).
But well in between, they become concurrence from (by me disrespectful baptized) »How Now« of P.R.o.C. (Peoples Republic of China) - and »How Now« is spread there some where.
Good luck in yours hunting of antiquities!
Kind regards silverport

Re: I need help with this hallmark
Hello.
Just speculating here.
In 1810 Napolean introduced an (optional ?) system of marks to parts of Italy that were used to 1872.
Inluded in this system was a similar "Grapes" mark that was used on small items with a fineness of .950.
