Believe Suisse means Swiss.
Have seen the mark before, but can't find it in my notes.

That's PAMP (Produits Artistiques de Métaux Précieux) a refinery located in Castel San Pietro, Switzerland. They refine gold, silver and platinum and were established in 1977.
