Yes it is from Egypt. The city is Cairo (first mark from left and its upper mark ) and the silver purity is 900/1000 (first mark from left and the "9" and two romboids). It is most likely made in 1996 or 1997 (last mark right, the Arabic letter "hä") What is it by the way?
