Sterling Bracelet- ID Initials SW in circle Hecho en Mexico

Hi - My mom gave me this nice bracelet. It has what I think are the initials SW in a circle that says Hecho en Mexico. I've attached a close-up photo.

I was wondering if you found any information about your bracelet because I have a ring with the same markings and I am having a very hard time finding out about them?
