Napkin Rings Silver Plate Unknown Marks ??

These were my moms. She traveled quite a bit, and from the research I've been able to deduce they're from Europe. (France?) lol Not sure of the age, or the maker. Here are the pictures.. one of the markings, one of the ring itself. Please help, I've spent so much time searching I'm going nuts!

Letters look kyrillisk - I assume somewhere in Russia. That correspond with the filigran.
