Silver Tray makers mark?

I have this large silver tray. Dutch in origin but the makers mark is one I do not know. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Aussie Mick,
C S or G S I have problem to determine. Please look for Date letter and Assay office mark, with the regional assay office letter in its helmet , and make a photo of both marks. Also make one more clear photo of maker’s mark.
