Please help me to identify this marks

hello
i found a old and beautyfull businesscard holder,but i don't have any clue what the marks are.




in the first pic is the businesscard holder (8/5 cm or 3,3/1,8inch),in the second pic is the interior with de places of the marks.First arrow points a extremly used mark(maybe the country,but with my 30x magnifier glass i think i see maybe a ,,ar..'' or maybe ,,..r..'',i repeat it is a veryvery used/unclear mark),the second arrow points the places where the makers marks is(i think),there are two ,,S'' letters(extremly visible/clare) in third pic and in detaile in fourth pic.
Please help me with any ideas or clues about the marks(country??? and maybe the maker??? would be great)

Marks are much to unclear to identify.
My guess is ?? no need to guess. Try better picture.
Use - it is not for business cards. It is for cigarets. To pieces of elastic is missing between the holders.

Cigaret box between 1910 and 1970 (proberly as late as 1970 most likely 1960ties )

Thank you for your reply,if its a cigarettecase according to what you say its for very short and thin cigarette(maybe for ladies)

the S is clear, unfortunately it does not say anything to me.
I have several cigaret boxes i will post picture in another tread. The cigaret box is 5 x 7,5 cm.
these boxes are for slim cigarets or very small - my box is birmingham 1918.

yes ,you are right,its a cigarettcase ,unfortunately the place with the country mark is extremelly used(beyond recognition)
but maybe someone, with something made by the same craftman(the one with the ,,S'',,S'' mark) will help me
