I bought these in a mixed bag of collector spoons and I'm trying to find out if they are sterling or plate. I'm not sure where to post this so if it's in the wrong topic please admin move it to the correct one.

Sorry - should have mentioned to crop your marks pictures so that they remain readable when downsized.

The Birmingham Assay mark »U« is from the period 1969-1970.
