I F Varsson marked spoon
I F Varsson marked spoon
Was given this spoon with several others by an older friend who's family dated back to the revolution. Believe it is coin silver, but not sure of the country of origin. Have been trying to resech my spoons using Seymour B Wyler 's The Book of Old SIlver but can't find this hallmarking. Can any one help me out?

As nice as your spoon is, I am a fish way out of water with it. Here's a starting place for your research, and I think there maybe some specific help available for you on this subject too: http://www.925-1000.com/Fsweden_Date_Code.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
