Russian Tot cup? Maker please

Hello all, I have this little Russian tot cup. Can anybody help tell who was the maker was.
It has the assay mark A.A 1893 the 84 mark, a rubbed city mark? maybe Moscow? and the Cyrillic Alphabet makers mark I can't find in the sites new Russian section
It stands 49mm tall and 34mm across the top and looks very lightly gilded inside

Your item has the makers mark В.И.И in rectangular cartouche which is the mark of Vasily Ivanov.



Rough translation:

Vasily Ivanovich Ivanov was the owner of a silverware factory founded in 1870. In 1897 his products made him an income of 9000 rubles. His factory was open 1870-1908. He was known for making trays, milk jugs, creamers, napkin rings, cups (such as yours) and silver bottles.

The assayers mark is for Anatoly Artsibashev who worked 1891-1896 in Moscow, which is also the city that the townmark of St George (on your item) represents.

Thank you so much for such a quick and thorough reply. With all the talk of Russian items being faked on here I was half afraid it might turn out to be one of them. Can I take it it is most likely real then?

I only commented on the marks. I am not sure about the item itself, although it looks good to me. Another member will no doubt be along soon to tell you more.
