No idea where this cup might be from, it does say Emmanuella engraved on it, its quite heavy but large. Here's the marks

It is a dizzy mark and upside down but my guess is that it is an Astro-Hungarian hallmark from 1826-66, Vienna (A) and shows 13 Lot of silver. Unfortunately you cannot see the year. Try a good magnifying glass. I Divis' book you will find it on page 226 (depending on its language). In English Tardy on page 62 up left first mark.

Following on from Qrt.S's conclusion, the maker is, perhaps, Mayerhofer & Klinkosch (Stephan Mayerhofer and Carl Klinkosch).
