Scandinavian makers Mark Bracelet ? Please Help!

This bracelet has 2 markings. The first is Zii for 835 silver. I believe it is a dutch import mark. The makers mark looks like H and then a fluted U with a plus sign in the middle of the U and finally a V. It may be scandidnavian. Please help me identify the country of origin and the maker.
