This small spoon has had me wondering for some time , I can not find any maker with I.I over I.I , am I missing something here?

Can anyone assist with this maker?

That's a Newcastle spoon with a partial maker's mark of John Langlands and John Robertson.

Its a pretty common mark , My head cant be on it Today... I see sunshine outside.
