Norway is the country and the maker is either Birger Olberg 1932-1977 or Ole Nicolai Olberg 1907-1934 from Oslo. I'm afraid that I don't know which one probably the first one but? Made in sterling silver 925/1000

Both (father and son) used the same mark. But I am quite sure that this pin is made by the first.

Just an update on Ole Nicolai Olberg. He was born in 1875 and passed away in 1934. Ole was a known enamellist as he worked for M. Hammer in Bergen. I do not know much about his son Birger, yet. Birger may have just been a jeweler.
