I think they are Hanua Germany pseudo marks.

Those pictures are from my own files.
That is the only page of Hanua marks this site has. Just wanted to show other examples of Hanua marks.

Here is another picture, from my files, One of the marks is similar to one shown in your picture.
I don't know who used these marks. Maybe another member will recognize them.
