Silversmith mark: S with the 'all Seeing Eye’ above could be for: Schapmans - From the city Mechelen - Malines — Belgium.
Their workshop existed roughly between 1866-1920 at:
17 rue des Beggarts
17 rue des Moulins
32 en 22 rue Sainte Catherine
in Mechelen - Malines — Belgium.
I have some problem with the fineness mark 800 shown, which does not represent the original Belgium 2 (second) standard of 800 fineness being; A(argent=silver) 2 in a square with cut corners, used 1869-1942. I guess; Schapman made this for export and stamped it 800 for identification purpose only. Are there perhaps any more marks, you have not mentioned?
