sheffield, 1894, stirlingsilver 0925 maker mark S.B.L??

could anyone tell me who the maker of this item is please?
A, ew to this, and not too sure if i'm doing things right! under the hallmark there is also what looks like a key? and an upright lion?

Your item was made in Holland and exported to England. The F in a circle is the British import mark and it was assayed at Sheffield. The key & lion symbol is a Dutch mark that indicates the piece was made for export. Sorry, I don't know who the Dutch manufacturer, SBL, is.

Don't quote me on this, but I seem to remember that SBL appears a lot on wares imported in England - suspect it is the initials of the importer (sponsor).
