Thai or Siam silver

I just purchased a few pieces of Siam jewelry, black and silver. I also got a bangle bracelet with blue enemal. I would like to know how to clean these pieces since they seem very dirty. I found some in a flea market box and not from a fine jewelry store.

The can be cleaned with any good silve polish. DO NOT USE LIQUID JEWERY CLEANING DIP on the niello (black) pieces as it can ruin the inlay. I prefer to polish the niello pieces with a polish cloth only.
