900 ciggarette case marked F Chiappe

hi , I am new on here so I hope I am posting in correct forum. My mother in law recently gave me a bag full of old silver items. Most hallmarks i have been able to identify. This one baffles me. its either a card case or ciggarette case , it is apx 3 1/2 inches by 3 inches. The case has polo players on it raised in a repeat pattern. Inside the case on the edge it is marked 900/iii .. looks like ones or i's after the 900 too small to read, and then marked F Chiappe. Anybody have any idea who or what is F chiappe ???
