Small Early Handled Silver Dish

Hello-

Would love some help on this small silver dish I acquired recently. Small two handled bowl wtith decorative flower motif. Measures 4 inches by 5 inches. It has only two hallmarks as shown. What looks to be a diagonal line or group of lines through a crest shape and a capital B in another cartouche. At first glance to me it looks to be quite early. Would love some help.
