Lion and Fleur de Lis mark

I have what I believe is a Electroplated (EPC) platter. The mark has E.P.C. followed by a Lion facing right with the left paw up. followed by a Fleur de Lis and the number 1463. I tried to put an image in, but it didn't work, perhaps I need someone to help me learn how to do it.
