Unable to identify halmark

Hi agian,

I am now looking for a Hallmark that has "Filali" under it. It looks like a half-moon with peddles under the moon. I've tried several times to take pictures of it, and this seems to be the best one.

I thought I saw a picture of the hallmark in this forum, but for the life of me I can't remember where it was, or anything about it.
