Help with French or German Hallmarks 800 silver Pocket Watch

please Help with French or German Hallmarks on .800 silver Moonphase Pocket Watch. I believe it is French, but current owner insists it is from Germany.

The Grouse mark is Swiss, second standard 800/1000.

Thanks for the help. Would that mean that the FG makers mark would typically be Swiss also? Thanks again, Bill

I have the same watch. But I couldn't find on it no trace of manufacturer (not even any kind of seal). I'm very courious when was it manufactured and who is the manufacturer.
