I have a nice german coffeepot. I guess it`s from Frankfurt 18th century. Is that right ?

Not 18th century but 19th, and not Frankfurt but Heilbronn. The Frankfurt eagle generally had the “13” within the mark, not in a separate punch, whereas the Heilbronn eagle was frequently struck incuse, as it is here. And, to my eye, the style of your teapot is very much third quarter 19th century.
And while I can’t make out the first letter of the maker’s mark, the final “B&S” tells me it must be “PB&S” for Peter Bruckmann & Söhne of Heilbronn. Founded in 1805 by Georg Peter Bruckmann, the firm became, under his grandson Peter, largest silver supplier late 19th, early 20th century Germany. (Peter later became the first chairman of the Deutscher Werkbund.) The firm trained its own designers, silversmiths, chasers and engravers. It closed in 1973. So large and singularly identified with Heilbronn was Bruckmann that the firm took the Heilbronn eagle as its trademark when they were mandated in 1884; see this thread.
In addition to the two 13 löt (.812) fineness marks, there is also the Dutch import mark (a crowned V) for large articles used 1814-1893; I suspect that this mark is contemporaneous and that your pot was exported to the Netherlands immediately after its manufacture.
