9305 siler mark help needed please

I have a lovely enamelled brooch that I think is silver, but I cant find the makers name on the site as I dont know where it comes from. The back is stamped 9305 with what looks like a W with a T through running through it. any help would be greatly appreciated

Could your mark be 830S? If so please taker a look at Norwegian marks on this site. Berst wishes, Mike.
