Hi,
Found you post here. Ever find out what these marks denote?
I have a piece with the exact same marks.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.
The three marks were punched to make us believe, at first look, I could be genuine hallmarks to denote solid silver. We could mistake the anchor for Birmingham or the Crown for Sheffield and the lion the symbol for sterling. The item is most probably made out of a non precious base metal and silver plated.
