A family member passed away and this was in their items, I looked on this site and other for the marks but was unable to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Everything bar the maker could be found at: http://www.925-1000.com/dlChester.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. The Chester office had thousands of manufacturers registered with them, but we only have a few examples shown at the moment. To gain further information is the very reason why we have the Forum.
