MAKER'S MARK HELP

Hello everyone,

I have a lovely silver combination dip pen and pencil dated from probably early 20th century. Unfortunately the maker's mark is fairly rubbed and does not give anything on the picture. I can decipher C&SC and then it is T or E all in an oval shape. Could any one help?

I have taken another picture and now it looks more as C&SCLD
