Chalice - Leipzig? Augsburg?

I'd appreicate any help with identifying the hallmarks on silver chalice. It looks XVII to me but it's only a guess.
Town mark is "L", master's mark probably "WSP"...

Search in Tardy but not among German marks - this chalice is most probably made in Poland (Ehemalige deutsche Gebiete)

I think it could be Leipzig but have You a larger image of the hallmark and makersmark?
Is there any other mark (a yearsletter)?
