Need help making out maker's mark

Hello, I am new to this site and just purchased a nearly unidentifiable ring from an antique shop. It looks Victorian and the shop owner guessed that it was probably made around the turn of the century, and it is sterling silver, but beyond those facts and otherwise guesses, I have no idea what this is. I am mainly trying to identify the maker, hopefully the decade (or better, year) it was designed, and what the stone holding the floating diamond is.
