Cutlery is a Spanish city of Barcelona.
LBB is the mark of the assayer and performed in the first third of s. XX.
CARRERAS is the manufacturer.
The shield is the city of Barcelona.
E. VALENTI is trading where the cutlery was sold.
And do not tell OM my impression is that this is a maker's mark to designate the model of cutlery.

Thanks a lot Funkel for many useful informations.
Do anyone know what is the silver content in that set? I were looking for silver hallmarks like that but found any.
