Hello from New Zealand Info on unusual Hallmark please

I have always been able to track down hallmarks on websites either here , or other places , but this one has me stumped . It actually looks Asian

Sorry about the picture , there is a reflection of the hallmark , the bottom one is the original marks in case it looks confusing .

Hi ~ it just says EPNS (ElectroPlated Nickel Silver); same mark that made me realize I needed glasses, when I found it on small tongs and snapped them up thinking they had proper hallmarks.....
