Question about marks on a item
I couldn't get my camera to work but it's like a mini-creamer with initials on the front of it. the bottom says WAR LTD The WAR are each in a box under that is the date 1860 and under that is 1/8 pt. Then under that its got the EPNS(which other than the date is all that I can understand). and I'm curious what it is used for. Thanks for any help.
