Anyone recognize? Rear of a Chinese Silver bar....maybe

Wondering if it's real of course... Yet to be tested.... Just wondering if anyone has ever seen or dealt with these bars before?? The seller said it stands for "fine silver"...

The mark looks in a computer font typeface. It's either a fake or newly made item.
