Need help with Russian ring... Designer maker DAte range????

Its a beautiful dark jade ring from what I can tell Somewhere in russia??? the hallmark is a star with a anchor and 875 the makers mark im unable to find anywhere. any help would be great. Its age maker weather its rare or not thank you.

Your silver ring (875/1000) seems to be made in the Soviet Union in 1972. The name of the maker is either Jewelry and repair shop in Leningrad or Jewelry and diamond cutting factory in Sverdlovsk. Both used the same mark at the same time. I don't know why they did that. Lets hope somebody else drops in tells us. What you could do is show a bigger and sharper picture of the star with the sickle and hammer (it not an anchor) or tell us what mark you might read left of the star. That might solve the problem.
