Hello, I need help with this silver mark!!

I need to identify this brand, is a former silver spoon 30 cm, well I have a Russian, but the marks do not match. Thank you!

Hi,

I stand to be corrected by others more knowledgeable, but to me that looks like the mark of Carl Julius Gottlieb Weiss who was working in Wroclaw/Breslau during the period 1841-1873. The two numbers under the Wroclaw/Breslau face mark will identify the year, looks like '65' for 1865.

Hopefully another will confirm/deny soon.

trev hello, thanks for your valuable data!, I have a 1889 Russian spoon so that equals, so I guess it's European or russia prussia area, I thought it was the face of Warsaw, Prussia at that time, they?. I look forward to any other comments. Thank you again!
