Can anyone help identify this jeweler's hallmark?

Can anyone help me identify this jeweler's hallmark? It is similar in style to FLLI Menegatti and has the same oval plate on the back of the piece but in the center is a capital letter B with two circles around it. It is also marked with 925 18k and Italy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
