Silver Fork. Victorian?

I could not find an ETM mark like this or a diamond like shaped mark with a star/spark in the middle anywhere on the web. I found the A mark and think it means 1876? It think its full silver. I have no idea how to tell. But would really appreciate some feedback and any information anyone has.
