Marks on Old Engraved Fork Perhaps Danish

Hoping someone can help me with marks on an old piece of silverware.
The name engraved on this fork is Ingeborg. Online I see this is a Scandinavian name. Perhaps Danish.
The marks on the back read L.0. 130S shield with a standing lion perhaps facing left L.0. The 0 is the numeral zero, not the letter. Also on the back is an engraved date 4-11-1700 or 4-11-1900. Its fancy so I am not sure. I cannot figure out how to place an image in this post but here is a link to photos. Please, any help? Your thoughts are welcome and invited!

dont know LØ however its silver 830 - and date is 1900
could also be from Norway
