Assistance Needed To Identify Please

Hi, i recently gained through a living inheritance a pair of beautiful crystal decanters. On the neck of each decanter is an identity necklace. Both have the same hallmark on the back. I have researched online to find out what information the hallmark can give me but am struggling! Any help would be very much appreciated.

the marks EP is Electro Plate
A1 is an undefined quality of the plate. A1 defined by producer and represent his definition of the plate quality,
