Dating GERO silver plate

HI all, i have been trying to find a site so i can date some old GERO s/plate from my family. Does anyone know where i can find this info or can someone please tell me dates to the following letters... (GN) , (P) AND (O).
Also would like to know if Indonesian silver with the stamp " AD800" is silver or plated.
I am new to this site and hope i have done this right and given enough info.

To my knowledge Gero never used date letters
