Mothers old pitcher

Post by coreya »

I have found this pitcher in my mothers collection and am trying to figure out the mark, I've looked through the site and cannot find anything to match. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

That mark was used by the Evans Case Company of North Attleboro. See: http://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_E.html

Thanks a bunch, don't know how I missed that. I take it the numbers and letter under the mark is a style # or some such?

Yes, it would refer to a pattern or batch number.
